| 摘 要： | 讨论了农药喷施用防护口罩过滤材料熔喷聚丙烯非织造布拒油整理的必要性,进行了过滤材料的拒油整理。通过二次回归正交试验分析了各个工艺参数对整理效果的影响,得到了优化工艺参数。整理效果的实用性验证表明,优化结果能够满足口罩的防护要求。

| Abstract: | This paper discussed the necessity of oil-repellent finishing of the filter with polypropylene meltblown nonwovens for protective face mask using in pesticide spraying and carried out the finishing. Through experiments according to test design of secondary regression and orthogonal combination, the paper analyzed the relationship between finishing effect and technologic parameters, and optimized technologic parameters. The applied tests showed that the results of optimization meet the protection requirements. |
