摘    要:参照广州市基础地形图的动态更新模式,以EPSW2008为管线数据生产平台,以基于ArcEngine10进行二次开发的地下管线智能化管理系统为管线数据管理平台,在现有的管线点、管线线基本属性的基础上,通过在Oracle11g数据库中设计的FGUID、更新时间两个字段,结合内外业流程化定制与管理,实现了管线数据生产平台和管理平台的无缝对接,基于面向管线要素/对象的动态更新模式,为利用竣工数据和普查数据进行地下管线动态更新提供了强有力的技术支撑。

Abstract:Referring to the dynamic update mode of base topographic map in GuangZhou, the project take the EPSW2008 as a pipelines production platform,take the intelligent system which is re-developed based on ArcEngine10 as a management platform for pipelines.Besides the attributes of the existing pipelines and cables, the project designed two fields of FGUID and UpdateTime in Oracle 11g database,relating to process design and management of field investiga-tion and industry consolidation,that realize seamless docking between pipeline production platform and management plat-form.Based on pipeline Object/Feature-Oriented dynamic update mode,it will provide solid technical support for the underground pipelines dynamic update taking advantage of the finish construction survey data and census data.
