| 摘 要： | 炼油厂气体脱硫工艺装置中影响脱硫效果的因素主要有:脱硫塔操作温度、脱硫塔操作压力、贫液浓度、贫液中H2S含量、脱硫塔的塔板数等。以塔河分公司硫磺回收车间脱除加制氢和延迟焦化两个车间的混合干气为例,根据硫磺回收车间干气脱硫塔的运行情况,对上述影响因素进行数据计算和定量分析,从而选择合适的工艺设备、确定最佳的操作条件。

| Abstract: | Factors affecting the desulphurization effect of refinery gas desulfurization unit in the main are： desulfurization tower operation temperature, desulfurization tower operating pressure, amine concentration, amine content of hydrogen sulfide, desulfurization tower plate number etc.. The Tahe branch of sulfur recovery plant removal of hydrogenation and delayed coking two workshops of mixed dry gas as an example, according to the operation of sulfur recovery plant dry gas desulfurization tower, data calculation and quantitative analysis of the affecting factors, so as to select the appropriate technology and equipment, the optimum operation conditions. |
