建筑工程规划条件核实测量的质量控制探讨

建筑工程规划条件核实测量作为城市建设、城市管理和规划实施与落实的一项重要的、具有法律意义的测绘工作，是为规划管理部门核查建筑工程是否按规划许可情况实施建设与核发《建设工程竣工验收规划条件核实证明》提供基础资料，同时为城市基础地理信息实时更新的提供重要基础数据。成果质量不仅涉及影响测绘管理部门掌握现状地理信息的正确性，而且涉及影响规划管理部门规划审批的落实和监督管理。本文结合武汉市建筑工程规划条件核实测量工作开展情况，对核实测量工作质量控制要求、控制方法进行分析探讨。
