Robust Stabilization of Linear Time-Varying Periodic Systems and H∞ Control

This paper gives a necessary and sufficient condition for the quadratic stability of the linear time-varying periodic systems with norm-bounded uncertainty, It is also shown that for linear time-varying periodic systems with norm-bounded uncertainty, the design of the robust stabilizing compensator and the robust compensator with prescribed H∞ index r can both be transferred to solving the standard H∞ control problems of the appropriate auxiliary linear time-varying periodic systems without uncertainty.
