声波防蜡的实验研究

摘    要:含蜡原油在生产过程中,随井筒温度的降低蜡组分将逐渐析出,这种结蜡现象导致原油粘度急剧增加而影响油井的正常生产,因此,采取防蜡措施对维持油井正常生产具有重要意义.实验研究表明,声波作用可以破坏蜡晶网状结构,降低原油粘度和凝固点,从而达到防蜡的目的.声波防蜡以其独特的作用机理较其他防蜡方法具有更大的可靠性和更加广阔的应用前景.

Abstract:Wax Components are gradually liberated with the temperature dropping in the well bore in the production of waxy oil. This phenomenon has brought forth the sudden rise of oil viscosity,affecting the oil and gas production. So it is essential to take wax control measure in the production of high wax content oil. Experimental study of wax control with sound wave has shown that sound wave can destroy the mesh structure of wax crystal and reduce the oil viscosity and the solidification temperature so as to achieve the purpose of wax control. Compared with other wax control methods, wax control with sound wave, with its characteristic operating mechanism, provides broader prospects and reliability in application.
