Abstract:The studs and nuts are used to link up a upper cap and barrel of a large nuclear reactor pressure vessel and some of petrochemical hither pressure vessel . As install and open cap ,it is needed to tension the studs turn all studs and nuts. In this paper, the design theory and structure innovation , work principle and computer electro-hydraulic proportional control technique for a large-scale Complicated Mechano-electronics System Multi-Studs Synchronous Installing machine are expounded.The research fruit can raise Safety reliability and economical benefit of nuclear power plant refueling and higher pressure vessel installing of some of petrochemical plant.
