摘    要:由于雷击带来的灾害损失无可估量,因此在雷击时如何保护设备,使设备不被击坏并能正常生产显得尤为重要。结合大冶特钢20000 m3/h空分设备DCS系统的设计,介绍防浪涌系统的工作原理、硬件设计及特点。

Abstract:Since the loss of disaster generated by lightning stroke is beyond measure, it is especially import to protect equipment from damage by lightning stroke and ensure normal production at the lightning stroke. Here, in combination with the design of DCS system for Daye Special Steel 20000 m^3/h air separation plant the working principle, design of hardware and the features of the anti-surge system are briefed.
