| 摘 要： | 分析了真空挤出机机头零件的重要性和技术要求，对机头的钢板折弯焊接成形工艺和消失模铸造成形工艺进行比较，介绍了消失模铸造机头的制作工艺和优点，认为消失模铸造机头完全能够满足真空挤出机的使用要求。
