摘    要:以JCS-018立式加工中心为对象,基于UGNX8.0平台,详细介绍了三维建模和虚拟装配技术在机床设计中的应用情况。同时,将此虚拟技术应用于机床结构教学中,实践证明效果很好。

Abstract:Taking the scissor platform mechanism of a scissor aerial work platform as the study object, the dynamic model of the scissor platform mechanism was set up with the SimMechanies simulation toolbox. Then, the displacement, velocity, acceleration curves of the platform and the force curve of the drive hydraulic cylinder were obtained through simulation. This paper provided a new mean of designing and analyzing scissor platform mechanism, and introduced the method of building the dynamical model of similar complex mechanical system.
