| 摘 要： | 合成了脂肪醇聚氧乙烯 ( 15 )醚磺基琥珀酸单酯二钠盐 ,以正交实验法对其合成工艺条件进行了优化研究 ,并对其表面化学性能进行了测定分析。最佳合成工艺条件 :醇醚 /顺酐 (摩尔比 ) =1∶1.0 5 ,酯化温度 75℃ ,时间 4h ;顺酐 /亚硫酸钠 (摩尔比 ) =1∶1.0 5 ,磺化温度 80℃ ,时间 2h ,最终产物收率为 97.9%。

| Abstract: | The synthetic conditions of disodium lauryl polyoxyethylene (15) sulfosuccinate and its surfactant properties were studied. The optimum reaction conditions were as follows: the molar ratio of lauryl polyoxyethylene (15) ether to maleic anhydride for esterification was 1∶1.05, the reaction temperature and time was 75 ℃ and 4 h respectively; the molar ratio of maleic anhydride to sodium sulphite for sulfonation was 1∶1.05, the sulfonation temperature and time was 80 ℃ and 2 h respectively. The yield of product was 97.9%. |
