钼酸铵生产废液及氨浸渣中钼的回收

摘    要:通过对钼酸铵废液及氨浸渣中钼含量的分析,成功筛选出了回收钼酸铵废液及氨浸渣中钼的方法,利用传统的钼焙砂-酸洗-氨浸-净化-酸沉等工序,一部分钼进入废液,剩余一部分以不溶性钼进入氨浸渣,我们通过膜分离技术,用(NH4)2CO3及强氧化剂NaClO浸出法回收钼酸铵废液及氨浸渣中的钼,总回收率大大提高,对提高钼回收率及企业经济效益起到了巨大的促进作用。

Abstract:By analyzing molybdenum content in ammonia molybdate waste liquid and ammonium leaching residue,the method for molybdenum recovery from ammonia leaching residue was selected.Using traditional molybdenum calcine-ammonia leaching-purification-acid precipitation and other processes,part of Mo went into the liquid,the remaining insoluble molybdenum went into the ammonia leaching residue.We adopted membrane separation technology,using(NH4)2CO3 and strong oxidant NaClO to recover molybdenum from ammonium leaching...
