帘线钢盘条索氏体片层间距控制生产实践

摘    要:对帘线钢盘条索氏体片层间距控制进行了理论分析和生产实践研究。根据理论分析确定了控制索氏体片层间距所需的盘条相变过程的转变温度;通过测定帘线钢的相变过程连续冷却曲线,确定了盘条吐丝后冷却速度。在生产实践中采用了增加风机风量的方法,增加了盘条相变过程的冷却速度,保证了盘条相变温度,使盘条索氏体片层间距得到了有效控制。
