固体酸催化合成乙酸异丁酯的研究

摘    要:研究了几种固体酸催化剂用于异丁醇与乙酸酯化合成乙酸异丁酯的催化性能。结果表明 ,对甲苯磺酸、磷钨酸、磷钼酸都具有与硫酸相近的催化效果 ,但在连续使用时其催化活性逐渐降低 ;添加少量磷酸或抗坏血酸到磷钨酸催化剂中 ,可大大提高其连续使用的稳定性 ;强酸性阳离子交换树脂和 SO2 - 4 / Ti O2 固体超强酸都具有高的催化活性和优良的重复使用稳定性 ,其中前者呈颗粒状 ,易于分离 ,便于投入工业应用

Abstract:The application of solid acids as catalyst in the synthesis of isobutyl acetate from isobutanol and acetic acid was studied. pToluene sulfonic acid, tungstophoric acid and molybdophoric acid had good catalytic activity as sulfuric acid but lost the activity gradually in continuous runs. Adding a little amount of phosphoric or ascorbic acid could improve the catalytic stability strong acidic cation exchange resin and SO 2- 4/TiO 2, a solid supper strong acid,had good activity and excelent stability,and the former, in granular state, was easily separated from reaction mixture, had suoerior properties for the substitute of sulfuric acid which now is used commercially in the manufacture.
