细碎圆锥破碎机破碎腔的设计及改进

摘    要:本文对细碎圆锥破碎机破碎腔的设计进行了理论分析、提出了改进方法并进行了工业试验论证。只需改变轧臼壁的形状及尺寸就能得到这种新型高效的破碎腔。通过轧臼壁内侧尺寸的变化,扩大破碎腔的工作容积、缩短平行区长度、限定曲面啮角和曲面半径等,从而提高了破碎机的破碎效率,延长了衬板的使用寿命,改善了产品的粒度分布。

Abstract:This paper made a theoretical analysis of designing crushing cavity of Fine Cone Crusher. An improvement on its design was provided and industrial demonstration was tested. It proved that the new type and high efficient crushing cavity can be obtained only by changing the shape and dimension of the concave. To be specific, by means of changing inside dimension of concave, enlarging working volume of crushing cavity, shortening length of parallel zone of crushing cavity, and limiting engage angle and radius of curved surface. More perfect Crushing efficiency was obtained, and service life of liners was serviced. Better distribution of product size was improved.
