轴流压缩机的防喘振控制

摘    要:通过对轴流压缩机喘振现象和防喘振控制方法的分析,设计了一种基于变增益系数和变积分系数结合的PID调节喘振的方案。该方法有效地克服了变增益系数法系统易扰动和变积分系数法的易滞后缺点,从而提高了轴流压缩机的安全和经济性能。

Abstract:A scheme of PID adjustment surge was designed based on the combination of gain constant and integral constant through the analyses of the surge phenomena and the surge control method.The weak point of gain constant system that was easily harassed and the weak point of integral constant that was easily lagged were overcome,and the safety and economic performance of the axial compressors were increased.
