从质量管理角度谈建筑裂缝的预防与控制

建筑裂缝是工程中常遇到的问题,要准确判断裂缝的原因并非容易,因它与设计、施工工艺、材料、地基、环境等各种因素有关,若无法准确判断,就难以对症下药进行处理,既花费了财力、物力,又阻止不了裂缝的展开。针对各种裂缝产生的原因,裂缝出现的现象,提出了相应的预防与控制措施。

On Precaution and Control of Construction Cracks in View of Quality Control

Construction cracks are a common problem in the project,but it's really hard to judge the cause accurately as they are often related with the design,construction craft,material,groundwork and environment.It is hard to suit the remedy to the case if the cause is not accurately judged.Both the financial resource and the physical resource are wasted and the controlling of cracks will become worse and worse at the same time.This paper mainly discusses the phenomenon and the causes of the cracks and proposes some corresponding measures for precaution and control.
