磁力传动泵的涡流问题

摘    要:磁力传动泵作为继屏蔽泵以后的新型无泄漏泵,因其结构简单、可靠、维修方便等优点,被广泛应用。文中着重介绍了这种无泄漏磁力传动泵在设计时,要充分考虑到涡流的产生和影响,涡流损失的测试和估算,减少和消除涡流的办法。

Abstract:Following the screen pump, the magnetic driving pump was the new type non -leakage pump. Owing to the advantages of simple structure, reliable, and convenient maintenance, this pump was applied on every industry extensively. In this article the matters needing attention in design of non-leakage magnetic driving pump is recommended. It should be considered that is the occurrence and influence of vortex, testing and estimating of vortex loss, the measure of decreasing and eliminating the vortex.
