污水预处理系统的PLC自动控制

摘    要:污水预处理系统PLC控制,含7个信号模板和1个以太网通信模块.其监控系统人机界面通过DP接口与PLC通讯,实现手动控制和监控报警.PLC通过以太网通信模块接入厂区光纤环网,与其监控机通讯,中控机采用WINCC编程,以实现手动控制、监控报警和参数设置等功能.系统主画面与分系统窗口链接,通过窗口按钮进行切换,并与PLC建立变量连接,通过触摸屏和监控机实时显示状态信息,构成系统的整体监控.

Abstract:PLC automation control of pretreatment system for sewage contains seven signal modules and an ethernet communication module. The communicattion of PLC and human-machine interface of monitoring system is implemented by DP interface to realize manul operation conrol and monitoring alaring. PLC was connected into plant-side fiber rig net to communicate with monitor through ethenet communication module. The WINCC programming was adopted for middle controller to realize manul control function, monitoring control function and parameter installation function. The main interface of system was connected to subsystem window, then between the main interface and subsystem window was switched by window button and established variable connectin with PLC. The the state information was displayed in real-time through touch screen and monitor, and set up the overall monitoring of system.
