一种麂皮绒仿皮革面料的涂层方法

本试验选用回弹性能好的聚醚型聚氨酯涂层剂,并添加交联型氨基改性有机硅氧烷FS-898和氨基硅油柔软剂FS-860A,采用干法涂层工艺对人造麂皮绒直接涂层。讨论了FS-898和FS-860A对麂皮绒涂层面料耐低温性能、牢度、强力的影响。生产出的麂皮绒涂层面料既柔软又弹性好,在寒冷的条件下使用不会脆硬、不断裂,是一种具有真皮风格的服装面料。

A Faux Suede Imitation Leather Fabric Coating Method

In this experiment, choosing superior elasticity PU as coating adhesive, adding the amino-polysiloxane FS-898 and amino-polysiloxane softener FS-860A, the coating technology was adopted on artificial faux suede coating directly. The effects of FS-898 and FS-860A on the fabric were discussed, mainly including the low temperature resistance, fastness and fabric strength. After coating, the fabric could have soft handle and good elasticity. Under the condition of cold environment, the coating fabric would not become hard and breakage, and possess the style of the leather.
