摘    要:介绍了氨制冷装置压力管道特点,研究发现压力管道检验过程中存在诸多安全隐患,且安全状况达不到要求,难以按照现行管道检验规程进行安全状况等级评定,给定期检验工作造成很大困难。分析了氨制冷装置使用过程中普遍存在的问题、管理缺陷及在用氨制冷系统事故的起因及特征。提出了压力管道为氨制冷装置中事故率较高的部位,给出了对当前氨制冷装置压力管道的检验与使用管理的建议,对规范涉氨压力管道的定期检验、减少事故的发生及提高设备的使用效率起到重要指导作用。

Abstract:The paper described the characteristics of the pressure pipelines in ammonia refrigeration equipment, the study found that there were many security risks in the pipelines' periodic inspection, and the safety conditions were below standard. So it was difficult to assess the security situation in accordance with the current pipeline inspection procedures which made the inspection difficult. The paper analyzed the common problems, management deficiencies and the cause of the accidents during the production process. While pressure pipeline was considered as higher accident rate equipment in the ammonia refrigeration system, the paper provided some suggestions for inspection and management, which played an important role in guiding periodic inspection, reducing the accidents and to improve the efficiency of these equipments.
