超声波法提取甜叶菊甙的工艺技术研究

摘    要:以甜叶菊干叶为原料,研究超声波法提取甜叶菊甙的最佳工艺。采用单因素试验,考察超声时间、料液比、超声频率、提取次数和超声温度5个技术参数对超声波法提取甜叶菊甙效果的影响,采用正交试验进行技术参数优化。试验结果表明,在超声时间50min、超声频率70kHz、料液比1∶50、提取次数2次、超声温度60℃时甜叶菊甙提取效果最好,甜叶菊甙的提取率可达到82%,提取时间为水浸提法的1/10。

Abstract:With the dried leaves as experimental materials, the ultrasonic extraction of rebaudioside were studied. Based on single factor experiments, the ultrasonic time, solid-liquid ratio, ultrasonic frequency, number of extraction and ultrasonic temperature were investigated. On the basis of the single-factor data,used orthogonal combination experiments to optimize the ultrasonic extraction conditions. As the results indicated, ultrasonic time 50min, ultrasonic frequency 70kHz, solid-liquid ratio 1:50, the number of extraction was two times and ul- trasonic temperature 60℃ ,the rebaudioside extracting effect was best. rebaudioside extraction rate was 82%, extraction time is only 1/10 of the water extraction.
