摘    要:本研究应用微波消解对花草茶进行前处理,使用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪对铬、钴、镍、铜、砷、铅、镉、锰、铁、锌、锶等11种元素进行同时测定。采用内标法,对各个元素的检出限,线性范围进行了研究,并进行了加标回收和精密度试验。结果表明:该方法简便、快速、准确,适于花草茶中多种金属元素的同时测定。

Abstract:Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) with microwave digestion was applied to determine chromium, cobalt, nickel, copper, arsenic, lead, cadmium, manganese, iron, zinc, strontium simulta- neously in Herb Tea. We researched on detection limit and linear range, experimented labeled recovery and accuracy Using internal standard method. It indicated that the method is simple, rapid, accurate which can meet the demand for the determining heavy metal elements in Herb Tea.
