计算机辅助气敏元件参数测试系统的开发

摘    要:综合考虑气敏元件实验测试和生产测试的要求,研制了能测试气敏元件各种特征电参数及周围环境温度、湿度的微机测试系统,系统软件部分采用模块化程序设计,并引入了虚拟电阻概念,通过软件虚拟计算可查看不同负载下元件的数据,测试处理结果以文字、图像直观动态显示,易维、扩展性强,可大大提高实验和生产效率。

Development of computer-aided testing system for gas sensor
Abstract:In order to promote researching and testing of gas sensor, a computer testing system which can be applied in research and industry is designed. The program of s ystem software is deviced by means of modularity and the virtual resistance is a dded to the testing system. The data at different powers can be known by virtual calculation of the software. The results are directly displayed on the screen b y pictures and charts. All parameter handling is based on the analysis and calcu lation of computer and many shortcomings of the previous gas sensor testing devi ce, such as inconvenient handling extending and s o on are overcome, so it promotes the testing efficiency greatly, and is suited for monitoring the reliability test and the parameter testing of the gas sens or.
