分布式整流桥测试系统的设计与实现

摘    要:针对整流桥测试设备中存在的功能不足,设计了以PC机为主机,分布在现场的各个单片机系统为下位机的主从式结构.单片机主要完成整流桥参数的测试和分选, PC机实现数据的显示、统计、存储、打印等功能,上下位机之间采用RS-485总线进行通信.

Abstract:Aiming at function shortage in rectifying bridge testing,a master-slave system structure is designed.In this system a PC acts as a host processor,and several local distributing single chip micro-controllers(SCMs) act as slave processors.The SCMs mainly perform classification and testing for each rectifier and the PC accomplishes data display,counting,storing,printing and other functions about the test.The communication between principal and the subordinate machine is done by RS-485.
