摘    要:增压锅炉是船用蒸汽动力装置的重要组件,对炉内燃烧火焰进行实时监测很有必要。本文通过设计安装过渡接口装置和火焰探测器,将3支彩色火焰图像探测器布置在前后墙的观火孔处,运用专业采集软件摄取炉内火焰图像,并将火焰辐射图像保存至计算机中,为进行图像处理、分析和计算奠定基础。

Abstract:Supercharged boiler is the important component of marine steam power plant, and it is necessary to real - time monitor combustion in furnace. Three color flame image detectors were fixed to the observation holes in the front or back walls of supercharged boiler by using several assistive devices. Flame images were taken by professional capture software and saved into computer. This would lay the foundation of processing, analyzing and calculating the images.
