摘    要:针对目前采用外弹道测试技术测量弹丸转速,炮口初速及章动参数难度大,装置复杂等问题.介绍了利用测量弹丸转速解算炮口初速和章动参数的新方法.弹载测试仪以地磁传感器为信号源,基于动态存储测试技术,集信号采集、存储、无线传输于一体.实弹结束后,读取存储器的数据,得到弹丸的转速信号,利用公式可以对炮口初速进行解算.对弹丸转速信号进行去基线、定标转换处理后的包络线即是章动曲线,根据信号的规律可以解算出章动参数.测试结果与外测法测得的结果基本一致,该方法可测量弹丸参数.

Study on Projectile Dynamic Parameters Measurement
Abstract:In order to overcome the shortage of external measurement method on testing projectile speed and nuta-tion parameters. A method for the muzzle velocity measurement and nutation parameters utilizing the rotational speed was put forward. The missile test uses geomagnetic sensor as signal source and bases on dynamic storage mea-surement technology,combining signal acquisition,storage and wireless transmission. After the test,the data could be obtained from the memory and the muzzle rotational speed could be known. According to the formula of rifling , the projectile's muzzle velocity could be found out. After processed the projectile speed signal,the envelope curve was the nutation curve,according to the rules of the signal nutation parameters could be calculated. The test re-sults were basically the same as the lateral method,The method was verified by using live ammunition test.
