摘    要:扭矩测量装置的研制是建立机械传动系统保障体系的关键技术之一,设计了一种基于FPGA的感应移相式扭矩测量系统.系统由感应移相式扭矩传感器和基于FPGA的信号处理器两部分组成,扭矩传感器由励磁绕组建立脉振磁通,通过电磁耦合和外接输出电路参数的合理匹配,将负载扭矩转化成励磁电压和输出电压的相位差;FPGA对两路信号进行采集,并采用高频脉冲对两路信号的相位差进行插值,将其转化成脉冲数,处理后即可得到精确的相位差.最后采用高精度扭力扳手对传感器进行了标定,实验结果表明测量系统的相对误差约为0.51%,迟滞误差约为0.6%,线性误差约为0.57%,重复性误差约为0.84%.

A Induction Phase-shifting Torque Measurement System Based on FPGA
Abstract:Torque measuring device is one of the key technologies to set up the security system of mechanical trans-mission system,therefore,a new induction phase-shifting torque measurement system based on FPGA is designed in this paper. The system is composed of induction phase-shifting torque sensor and signal processor based on FP-GA,the pulsating magnetic flux is established by the excitation winding of torque sensor,and the load torque is con-verted into the phase difference of excitation voltage and output voltage,it is realized through the electromagnetic coupling and the external output circuit parameters matching,these two signals are sampled and interpolated with high frequency pulses by FPGA,and the phase of two signals are obtained after processing. The measurement sys-tem is calibrated by high precision torque wrench,the experimental results indicated the relative error is about 0.51%,the hysteresis error is about 0.6%,the linearity error is about 0.57%,the repeatability error is about 0.84%.
