聚丙烯酸钠高吸水性树脂的改性研究进展

摘    要:从高吸水树脂的吸水原理和吸水机理出发,分别就聚丙烯酸钠高吸水树脂的耐盐性、吸水后的凝胶强度及吸水速度等改性研究进展进行了综述,对各种改性方法的理论依据进行了分析和总结,指出了各种改性方法的不足,并指出了各改性方法存在不足的深层次原因,认为对高吸水树脂的吸水原理和吸水机理的深入研究是实现聚丙烯酸钠高吸水树脂良好改性的必然。

Advanced development of modification of superabsorbent polymer based on sodium polyacrylate
Abstract:Based on the adsorption principle and the adsorption mechanism,the modification study of superabsorbent based on sodium polyacrylate was reviewed.In this review,the advanced development of the modification for salt-resistance,gel strength after superabsorbent swelling to equilibrium and swelling rate were contained.The characteristics of theoretical bases for every kind of modification way were analyzed and summarized,and the defect of each modification way was pointed out.At the end of this paper,the deficiencies of each modification way,which was resulted from a deep-seated reasons,was pointed out.In more specific terms,the study of the adsorption principle and the adsorption mechanism was not sufficient enough.According to this point,we could prospect that the modification way would be more effectual and developed quickly if the adsorption principle and the adsorption mechanism were investigated sufficiently and understood thoroughly.
