竹毛混纺织物成分比与热湿舒适性关系

摘    要:选用6种不同成分比的竹浆/丝光羊毛混纺织物,毛/竹比例为30/70、40/60、50/50、54/46、60/40、70/30。对其进行成分比与热湿舒适性关系探究,最终得到织物最优成分比。分别对织物进行了透气性、透湿性和热阻测试,结果表明:丝光羊毛含量越多,织物的透气性越差,透湿性和导热性呈增加趋势。通过综合评估得出,当丝光羊毛含量在45%~50%时,该混纺织物具有最优的热湿舒适性。

Abstract:Six bamboo pulp/mercerized wool blended fabrics with different components ratio were selected, the wool/bamboo ratios were 30/70, 40/60, 50/50, 54/46, 60/40 and 70/30 respectively.The relationship between the composition ratio and thermal-moisture comfort was explored and the optimal fabric component ratio was finally obtained.The tests were conducted on the properties of fabric such as breathability, moisture permeability and heat resistance.The results showed that the more mercerized wool content was, the poorer fabric breathability was, the moisture permeability and thermal conductivity showed upward trend.Through comprehensive evaluation, the conclusion was that the blended fabric had the best thermal-moisture comfort when mercerized wool content was 45%-50%.
