聚吡咯涤纶复合导电织物的研究

摘    要:以涤纶织物为基布,选择三氯化铁为氧化剂,采用原位聚合法制备聚吡咯涤纶复合导电织物,研究了吡咯单体浓度、氧化剂浓度、掺杂剂浓度及反应温度和反应时间对织物导电性能的影响,通过XRD、SEM对聚合物导电织物表面结构进行微观分析,并测试其润湿性能。结果表明,聚吡咯紧密的分布在涤纶织物上,具有较好的导电性能和疏水性能。

Abstract:Polypyrrole polyester composite conductive fabric was prepared by using in-situ polymerization with polyester as base cloth and ferric trichloride as oxidant.The effects of pyrrole concentration, ferric chloride concentration, dopant concentration, polymerization reaction time and temperature on the conductive properties of the fabric were investigated.The surface structure of polymer conductive fabric was analyzed by SEM and XRD and the wetting property were also tested.The results showed that the polypyrrole was closely distributed on polyester fabric, which had good electrical conductivity and hydrophobic property.
