摘    要:仿生整理是现在织物整理的热点课题,但对于茶多酚上染涤纶织物的研究较少,本文立足这一目标进行深入研究。采用将涤纶织物进行碱减量处理,利用戊二醛交联剂,使得明胶蛋白质能够附着到涤纶织物表面,并结合牢固。通过分析叶干重浓度、pH、染色温度、染色时间四个影响因素对织物K/S值的影响,选出处理织物的最佳染色工艺,并对其做色牢度测试,结果显示其耐磨擦色牢度提高1~1.5个等级,耐水洗牢度提高0.5~1个等级,耐晒牢度提高2个等级。

Abstract:Bionic finishing is a hot research subject of fabric finishing while little research has been conducted in tea polyphenol dyed fabric,which is the foundation for this research.The polyester fabric was conducted alkali deweighting treatment and glutaraldehyde was used as cross-linking agent to make gelatin protein adhere to the surface of polyester fabric and fix firm.The influence of four elements including tea dry weight concentration,pH value,dyeing temperature and time on K/S value of fabric was analyzed,the optimal dyeing process of the fabric was selected and color fastness test was done.The results showed that the color fastness to rubbing was improved 1-1.5 grade,washing fastness increased 0.5-1 grade and light fastness was raised 2 grades.
