芳纶针织增强体头盔制作及基本性能研究

摘    要:为了进一步拓宽芳纶纤维的应用发展,采用手糊成型的方法制作芳纶纤维针织增强体头盔,对头盔的外观、质量、规格尺寸、涂层涂膜附着力、阻燃性能、耐热性能及防水性能进行了测试与分析,结果表明:芳纶纤维针织增强头盔接近中号、光滑、质轻;涂膜附着力达到三级以上;头盔外部灼烧10s树脂无变化,头盔内部灼烧8s火焰熄灭;可耐40℃温度;在水中变化很细微,阻燃性能、耐热性能及防水性能优异。

Abstract:In order to further enlarge the application development of aramid fiber, aramid fiber knitted reinforced helmets were produced by adopting hand lay-up molding.Helmets' appearance, quality, specification, coating film adhesion, flame retardancy, heat resistance and water resistance were tested and analyzed.The results showed that such helmets were close to medium size, smooth, soft and light;coating adhesion reached more than level three;resin remained unchanged within 10s burning outside the helmet and flame extinguished within 8s inside the helmet;it could withstand a temperature of 40℃ and keep very subtle changes in water with excellent flame retardant property, heat resistance and water resistance.
