| 摘 要： | 采用正交实验得到CP阻燃剂对层压汽车座套面料阻燃处理的最优工艺,得出最优工艺为:焙烘温度170℃、阻燃剂浓度400g/L、轧余率80%、焙烘时间4min。水洗摩擦都会使阻燃剂处理织物的阻燃效果降低,但经过一定次数的水洗和摩擦后面料的阻燃效果仍能达到标准要求。

| Abstract: | By adopting orthogonal experiment,the optimal flame retardant treatment technology of laminated fabric of car seat cover by CP flame retardant was obtained.The optimal treatment process was as followed: the curing temperature was 170 ℃,the concentration of flame retardant was 400g/L,rolling rate was 80% and the curing time was 4 min.Flame retardant effect of fabric treated by flame retardant could be reduced by washing and friction,but the retardant effect of the fabric could still reach the standard requirement after certain times washing and frictions. |
