绿色环保型蛋白浆料的合成

摘    要:以明胶蛋白作为一种原料,与丙烯酸类单体进行乳液聚合,合成出一类蛋白衍生物助剂。以浆液的接枝率、接枝效率,浆纱上浆率、增强率、减伸率以及毛羽降低率等为评价指标,研究了明胶蛋白、丙烯酰胺、丙烯酸丁酯的质量比、合成温度、合成时间等合成工艺条件对纯棉纱线上浆性能的影响,确定了蛋白衍生物浆料的合成工艺:明胶、丙烯酰胺与丙烯酸丁酯的质量比为5∶4∶2,在80℃下恒温搅拌3h。

Abstract:By taking a gelatin protein as a raw material,emulsion polymerization with acrylic monomers was conducted to synthesize a kind of protein derivative additive.By taking slurry's grafting ratio,grafting efficiency,sizing rate,reinforcing rate,ratio of stretching and hairiness reducing rate as evaluation index,the influence of synthesis processing conditions such as the mass ratio of glutin,acrylamide,butyl acrylate,synthetic temperature,synthetic time on sizing property of pure cotton yarn was studied.The optimal synthesis processing conditions of protein derivative size were determined: the mass ratio of gelatin,acrylamide and butyl acrylate was 5:4:2,the blending time was 3h at 80℃.
