涤纶织物数码印花工艺的研究

摘    要:采用黄、蓝、红、黑四种分散染料对涤纶织物进行数码印花,研究预处理剂、热压工序、汽蒸工艺对织物上色性能和色牢度的影响。结果表明,经聚氧化乙烯预处理的涤纶织物,具有良好表观色深度;且优化的涤纶织物数码印花工艺为:聚氧化乙烯2.2%,热压温度230℃,热压时间35S,汽蒸时间13 min,汽蒸温度110℃。经优化工艺预处理的涤纶织物,数码印花后的织物具有良好的防渗透性、耐洗涤、耐摩擦色牢度的性能。

Abstract:Four disperse dyes (yellow, blue, red and black) were used to print polyester fabric digitally to explore the impact of pretreatment agent, hot-pressing process, steaming process on the fabric coloring performance and color fastness of fabric.The results showed that polyester fabric pretreated with polyoxyethylene had good surface color depth;and the optimal conditions of digital printing technology for polyester fabric were listed as followed: polyoxyethylene was 11 g/L, hot-pressing temperature 230℃, hot-pressing time 35 s, steaming time 13 min and steam temperature 110℃.The digitally-printed polyester fabric pretreated with optimized technology had good properties such as good permeability, washing resistance and rubbing fastness.
