Creating the Architecture Belonging to the City:Architectural Design in the Urbanization Process in China

From 1990s,a great outspread happened in a lot of Chinese cities.The city environment and life quality are best difficult to control than anytime.The conflict between city expanding and architecture design became inevitable. This thesis introduced and analyzed two bided project:Huizhou'culture and art center, museum,science and technology museum design project,Hangzhou communication estate garden research and produce center project.Based on it,author tried to discuss the design ways and means in current society. This thesis concluded five design means:1. The city function's complex and variety:2. The city context's extension;3.Ecology city and building;4.City block's miniaturization and humanity:5.City density's efficient control.
