挤齿精化机理分析

摘    要:针对6级精度以下渐开线齿轮提出挤齿代替磨齿的构思,并从齿面正压力、摩擦力、重合度、螺旋角、胶合、冷作强化等方面分析挤告精化机理,用经改装的接触疲劳试验机验证了该方法的可行性。

Abstract:A method of finishing profile by compressing tooth to tooth, instead Of banding, is put forward for the gears with accuracy class up to 6. Moreover the mechanism anal}'sis about normal pressure.friction.coincidence freqUency.helix angle.gluing.cold hardening and so on is made. Feasibility of ibis method is verified with a contact-fatigUe-test machine refitted.
