On pseudo signal response of geophone

There is the non-detected component in the output of geophone. This component is called the pseudo signal response, which seriously affects the quality of seismic data. In this paper, the physical mechanism of geophone pseudo response is expounded and the equation of lateral vibration given.The method for testing pseudo response is recommended, and cautions pointed out. The technology of manufacturing geophone is also briefed in the paper.
