| 摘 要： | 本文以尊村二级泵站、夹马口泵站为例阐述了黄河沿岸高扬程泵站水泵受泥沙磨蚀情况，探讨水泵抗磨蚀措施，并推荐涂层保护和用强耐磨材料高铬白口铁合金制造水泵叶轮等主要部件，一次性更换，免维修的国外先进抗磨蚀技术。

| Abstract: | In this paper,Zuncun pumping station and Jiamakou pumping station are taken as examples,the condition of pumps in pumping stations along the Yellow River abraded by silt is illustrated, the practice of preventing from abrasion and cavitation are summarized,the foreign advanced experiences on this subject are introduced.Finally,the writer proposes that coating protection and using material of high abrasion and cavitation resistance should be practised firstly. |
