摘    要:运用美学、绩效理论以及黄金分割原理的设计理念,优化设计制作了气缸体多品种铸造通用下芯夹具典例.对其底框、浮动框、砂芯夹板、砂芯钩块等主要零部件结构的优化及通用性进行了评述.其优化设计理念,也可适用于其他铸造工装的优化设计.

Abstract:The typical example of casting varieties cylinder block of the bottom core fixture is introduced,inclouding the application of aesthetics,performance theory and golden principles of design optimization.The optimization and versatility of bottom frame,floating box,sand core plywood,sand core hook block and other major components,is discussed.The optimization design can also be used for other casting fixtures.
