基于LabWindows/CVI的步进电机高精度控制

摘    要:介绍了一种利用工控机和IPC5375接口卡 ,对步进电机实现高精度定位和速度控制的方案。文中介绍了步进电机、IPC5375接口卡、Labwindows/CVI等硬软件 ,较详细地讨论了步进电机的控制软件设计 ,并对控制系统的机械结构作了说明。因基于虚拟仪器平台Labwindows/CVI,控制方案具有可靠性高、人机友好、调试简单等特点。

Abstract:A plan which is to control step motor position and speed in high accuracy by PC and IPC5373 card is introduced in this paper. The paper has introduced step motor, IPC5375 interface card and Labwindows/CVI . The design of step motor controlling software is discussed in detail. At the same time, machinery of control system is explained in the paper. Due to basing on virtual instrument platform (Labwindows/cvi),controlling plan has some merits such as high reliability ,man-machine coordination,simply debugging and so on..
