摘    要:以LabVIEW为软件开发平台,运用其强大的图形编辑功能和模块化设计,结合惠更斯桥路知识,编写程序用于动应变测试,并对结果进行简单的分析。用DAQmx中相应的模块搭建采集程序,实现将应变信号转换为电信号。用复杂的逻辑关系和条件结构,并利用移位存储器来实现数据的保存。该系统操作简单方便快捷,能克服传统电阻应变仪外围系统太复杂、可靠性低、稳定性差、精度低、功能单一、无法集成的缺点。通过实验验证该系统稳定性强、准确度高。

Abstract:LabVIEW is used as a platform of the soft wave development.In the paper,we use its powerful graphics editing features and modular design to write programs for the text of dynamic strain with simple analysis of the results,combined with the knowledge of Huygens bridge.The collection procedure is built with the corresponding module in DAQmx.It makes the strain signal converted to electrical signal.With complex logical relation and construction of condition,shift register is used for data storage.This system is simple to use,fast and convenient.It overcomes the shortcomings of the traditional resistance strain gauges,such as the external system is too complex,low reliability,poor stability,low precision,single function,can not be integrated,etc.Experimental results show that the system has strong stability and high accuracy.
