| 摘 要： | 在求出工程项目中各项工作完成时间的累计概率分布数据的基础上,使用蒙特卡罗法对各工作项目的完成时间以及整个工程的完成时间进行模拟,可以在考虑到各工作项目完成时间的变动性和随机性的前提下,较可靠地计算出整个工程的完工工期,为工程管理提供科学的数量依据和信息.

| Abstract: | On the basis of calculating the accumulative probability distribution data of time consumption of every work item in a certain project, Monte Carlo method was used to simulate time consumption of every work item and the overall project to acurately determine the construction period of a project under considering of the changeability and randomness of time consumption of every work item. This method can provide scientific quantitative basis and information for project management. |
