| 摘 要： | 在苯乙烯-丙烯腈共聚物和高抗冲聚苯乙烯装置上生产确定质量指标的本体聚苯乙烯(PS)树脂有一定的难度。从实践中总结探索出一套生产B-3、B-4、B-5型PS树脂的主要控制条件,其中B-5型PS树脂的性能和美国685D型PS树脂的性能相当。

| Abstract: | The new grades of polystyrene were synthesized by bulk polymerization in the existing SAN and HIPS plants under definite specifications of product quality. The barriers and difficulties existed in the direct trial production in the plants were overcame by carrying out the detailed experimental scheme and flexible adjustment in the operation. The grades B - 3, B - 4 and B - 5 were produced successfully in the plants. Based on the experience accumulated in the trial production, a set of key controlling parameters and process conditions for synthesizing these grades of PS was summarized. |
