蔗渣膳食纤维化学结构的研究─-PCF3和PCF4组分的结构模型

摘    要:利用lmol/LNaOH从蔗渣细胞壁物质(膳食纤维)中分级并经层析柱提纯而得的聚合物纯组分PCF3与PCF4,均是水不溶性阿拉伯木聚糖。其主链结构是由β(1→4)糖苷键连接而成的木聚糖链,主链上有部分Xyl残基通过3-C与2-C分支点分别连接Ara与GlcA侧链,PCF4通过3-C分支点存在少量的第3种侧链[Ara(1→4)Glc(1→)]。PCF3与PCF4的分子量分别为110000与90000,比旋光度分别为+12.5°与十10.5°。相比于PCF3,PCF4的Xyl:Ara比值小,分子的分支程度大,糖醛酸含量高,分子量小。

Abstract:Pure polymeric fractions of PCF3 and PCF4, both water-insoluble arabinoxylan,were fractionated from bagasse cell wall material (dietary fibre). with 1mol/L sodium hydroxide extraction and chromatographic column purification. Both PCF3 and PCF4 contained3(1→4) linked xylan as backbone which was branched at position 3-C and 2-C of somexylose residues with single arabinose and glucuronic acid residues as side chains. PCF4 alsocontained less amount of Ara (1→4 )Glc (1→)] linked to the position 3 - C as third sidechain. The molecular weight of PCF3 and PCF4 were 110000 and 90000 respectively, whosespecific optical rotation were + 12. 5° and + 10. 5°seperately. Compared with PCF3, PCF4held lower ratio of Xyl: Ara, more branched structure of bone chain, more content of glucuronic acid and lower molecular weight.
