摘    要:1,8-萘酐在水溶液中通氯反应生成4-氯-1,8-萘酐.然后它在冰醋酸中与2,4-二甲基苯胺经亚胺化缩合,缩合产物在压力釜中氨解得到N-2',4'-二甲基4-氨基-1,8-萘酰亚胺,即C.I.分散黄11.改进后的产品的光物理性质和印染性能和原工艺一致.改进后的工艺明显降低了生产成本并且大大减少了对环境的污染,并且在氨解改进工艺中有意想不到的突破.

Abstract:4-Chloro-1,8-naphthalic anhydride was synthesized by the reaction of 1,8-naphthalic anhydride with chlorine in water.And it was condensed with 4-dimethylaniline in acetic acid.The ammonolysis of N-2',4'-dimethyl-phenyl-4-chloro-1,8-naphthalimine was carried out under pressure.The product obtained possessed the same photo-physical and dyeing properties.This synthetic process lowered the cost of production and reduced environment pollution compared with the present synthetic process.And an unexpected breakthr...
