基于ANSYS平台含圆孔薄板的应力集中分析

摘    要:应用有限元方法对两端均匀受拉含圆孔薄板进行应力分析,得出应力集中因数与径宽比及长宽比的关系曲线图表。通过与弹性力学相应结果的比较,证明ANSYS软件对薄板应力集中分析的有效性,分析表明薄板的应力集中因数除取决于径宽比外,还与长宽比有关。

Abstract:In this article,the theoretical stress concentration foactors for a thin plate with circular holes subjected to uniform tension are determined using the finite element method.The curvilinear graph between these factors and various ratios of hole diameter to plate width(d/B) as well as different ratios of plate length to plate width(L/B) are obtained.Compared to the corresponding solution of elasticity theory,it validates the effectivity of ANSYS software in stress concentration solutions and shows that the theoretical stress concentration factor depends on the length of the plate in addition to the estrablished other standard geometric parameters.
