微藻的平板式光生物反应器高密度培养

摘    要:在平板式光生物反应器中对微藻Parietochlorisincisa进行了放大培养。结果表明 ,通气速率和培养密度对藻体细胞的生长速度有直接的影响 ;并且其最适培养密度和细胞生物量产率随着通气率的增加而增加。当通气率从 70 0mL/L增加到 3 0 0 0mL/L时 ,该微藻的最适培养密度从 0 85 g/L提高到了 2 5lg/L ,其培养密度、单位体积和单位面积的细胞生物量产率也分别达到了 4 65 g/L、0 3 g/ (L·d)和 3 4 7g/ (m2 ·d)。在相对稳态的半连续培养模式下 ,通气率与采收率对藻体细胞的生长也有很大的影响 ;其细胞生物量的产量和产率随着采收率的增加而增加 ,当采收率为 2 0 %时达到最大值。在通气率为 190 0mL/L、采收率为 2 0 %的条件下 ,微藻细胞的培养密度达到了 5 15 g/L ;其单位体积和面积的细胞生物量产率分别提高到了 0 73 g/ (L·d)和 70 1g/ (m2 ·d)。

Abstract:The high density outdoor cultures of Parietochloris incisa were carried out successfully in the 10 cm light path length and 25 L working volume of flat plat photobioreactors.The results showed that the aeration rate and the cell density affected the growth markedly,and the optimal cultural density and the cell mass productivity increased with increasing of aeration rate.When the aeration rate to be increased to 3 000 mL/L from 700 mL/L,the optimal cultural density could increase to 2.51 g/L from 0.85 g/L,and a high cell density,volumetric and aeral output of 4.65 g/L, 0.36 g/(L·d) and 34.7 g/(m 2 ·d) was obtained.With a mode of semi continuos culturing,the aeration rate and the harvesting regime also affected the cell mass productivity effectively on the estimated steady state.And the cell mass output rate could be increased and arrived at its maximum under the harvesting rate of 20% with a aeration rate of 1 900 mL/L,in which conditions a higher cell density,volumetric and aeral output of 5.15 g/L,0.73 g/(L·d) and 70.1 g/(m 2 ·d) was obtained respectively.
