| 摘 要： | 采用高效液相色谱法，使用YWGC18柱和紫外可变波长检测器，以甲醇-水为流动相，用外标法对3，4-二甲氧基-4’-氯-二苯酮有效成分进行分离和检验。标准偏差≤0．41，变异系数〈0．48，平均回收率为99．03％

| Abstract: | A high performance liquid chromatographic method for quantitative and qualitative analysis of 3,4 -dimethoxy -4＇ - chlofie - dibenzophenone was established using a YWG C18 liquid phase chromatography column and UV detector, methanol - water as the mobile phase. The standard deviation was less than or equal to 0.41% ,coefficient of variation was less than 0.48%, and average recovery was 99.03%. |
